Main duties:

1.       Responsible for making and implementing various of management and monitoring process,as well as the appraisal of maintenance engineers and othe workers.

2.       Reasonable division of labor of the maintenance engineers according to work requirements.

3.       Organizing training to promote assembling and maintenance skills of the engineers.

4.       Solving assembling and maintenance problems

5.       Attending aboard training of assembling and maitenance.

6.       Communicating with foreign factories about technical issues.

7.       Arranging supplement of maintenance components to ensure a safe stock.

Qulifications:

1.       Bacholor degree or above in mechanics or ecltronics or related major.

2.       CET6 or above,good English skills in listening,speaking,reading and writing.

3.       More than 2 years working experience as a maintenance manager,maintenance working experience about lab equipments is preferred.

4.       Good communication skills.

5.       Strong and quick problem analyzing and solving ability.

6.       Familiar with office software,like WORD,EXCEL,OUTLOOK,POINTLOOK etc.
